The Birth of Mason



Birth is never predictable.
This was a planned induction but everything “planned” about it didn’t go as planned. The date changed a few times leading up to the birth. When it was supposed to be go time they pushed it back because the hospital was full.
Zoe had planned a medicated birth, she wanted a great epidural! Except, a little bit after getting her epidural it stopped working, which is never something you prepare for when you are planning an epidural! She was so strong as she worked through her Pitocin contractions. Finally they got her numb again and soon after she dilated so fast and baby boy was ready to come!
